We chose to use “XP” in our name because it evokes the values of “experience, express, exponential, and expertise” needed to overcome the fact that just 14% of the workforce uses its vision benefits to obtain glasses each year. To help organizations provide total vision care to every employee and their family, regardless of prescription status, requires all these values and more.
We founded XP Health because of the often confusing, expensive, and frustrating experiences we had with vision care and vision insurance in the past. With the help of our groundbreaking and award-winning technology, we created the world’s first all-in-one vision health platform that makes accessing high-quality vision services seamless, easy, and affordable.
